Распространение китайского языка за пределами Китая

В данной статье автором представлена актуальная тема развития и распространения китайского языка. Рассматривается ситуация с распространением китайского языка и культуры за пределами КНР, прослеживаются основные тренды в развитии китайского языка как предмета изучения в разных странах мира с акцентом на том, как менялся интерес к нему в России. Данная работа написана с целью представить основные тенденции в распространении китайского языка, дать обзор тех изменений, которые привели к всплеску интереса к нему в России и в мире, а также сделать прогноз на дальнейшую перспективу его развития. В статье были проанализированы цели Китая, направленные на решение ключевых внутре- и внешнеполитических задач, показано, как данные цели определяют политику Пекина в отношении распространения китайского языка «путунхуа» в стране и за ее пределами. Дано определение понятию «путунхуа», некоторое внимание уделено проблеме его взаимоотношения с диалектами в стране. Затронуто понятие «мягкая сила», являющееся актуальной внешнеполитической концепцией КНР, ядром которой служит политика по распространению и популяризации языка и культуры. В работе предпринята попытка рассмотреть основные изменения и тенденции в области изучения проблемы распространения китайского языка последних лет. Основываясь на собранном материале и на личном опыте (автор является преподавателем китайского языка), прослежена тенденция роста интереса к китайскому языку, изменения в инфраструктуре его преподавания и изучения, дан ответ на главный вопрос о том, каковы дальнейшие перспективы китайского языка.

THE SPREAD OF THE CHINESE LANGUAGE BEYOND CHINA ’ S BORDERS

In the article the author presents an actual topic of the development and dissemination of the Chinese language. This article examines the situation with the spread of the Chinese language and culture outside the PRC, traces the main trends in the development of the Chinese language as a subject of study in different countries of the world, with an emphasis on the point how the interest to it was changing in Russia. This work was written with the purpose of presenting the main trends in the spread of the Chinese language, giving an overview of the changes that led to a surge of interest in it in Russia and the world, and also to make a forecast for the future development of the language. The article analyzed the goals of China aimed at solving key internal and foreign policy tasks and showed how these goals determine Beijing’s policy regarding the Chinese language distribution of “Putonghua” in the country and beyond. A definition of the concept of Putonghua is given, some attention is paid to the problem of its relationship with dialects in the country. The notion of “soft power”, which is an actual foreign policy concept of the People’s Republic of China, the core of which is the policy of spreading and promotion of language and culture, was mentioned. The paper attempts to consider the main changes and trends in the study of the problem of the spread of the Chinese language in recent years. Based on the collected material and personal experience (the author is a teacher of the Chinese language), the tendency of growing of the interest towards the Chinese language, changes in the infrastructure of its teaching and studying, their was given an answer to the main question of what are the future prospects of the Chinese language.
