Telemedicine in the Arctic zone of Russia

Russia is simultaneously carrying out two breakthrough projects: transition to digital healthand the development of the Arctic zone. An unrestricted solution to these problems is the integrateduse of telemedicine system solutions, technologies, stationary and mobile equipment. The relevantdecisions are adapted to the specific living conditions of different groups of the population in theArctic zone.
