In the current era, the explosion of the internet has led to new changes in the sales of goods, including an increase in e-commerce. By using the internet, customers and sellers can set up contracts around the world without leaving home. As such, there will be more new challenges for customers than with other conventional transactions. Such challenges have given rise to the need to adapt existing legal and regulatory frameworks to the particular requirements of e-commerce. [1, p.2]
