В статье проведен социологический анализ актуальной научно-практической проблемы формирования карьерных стратегий студенческой молодежи в условиях изменения современного российского общества и раскрытия возможностей карьерной самореализации молодежи в России. В рамках статьи было произведено пилотное количественное исследование по выявлению иерархии карьерных ориентаций у студентов различных специальностей по методике Э. Шейна «Якоря Карьеры»

The article presents a sociological analysis of the actual scientific and practical problems of the formation of career strategies of students in the context of changes in modern Russian society and the opportunities of career self-realization of young people in Russia.
