ПРАВОВОЙ КОНСАЛТИНГ В СФЕРЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ: ОБЩЕЕ И ОСОБЕННОЕ

Изменения, происходящие в правовом регулировании общественных отношений в системе образования, усложняют практическое применение отраслевого законодательства. Субъекты образовательных отношений в своей деятельности сталкиваются с большим количеством вопросов, требующих квалифицированного разрешения. Консультации, которые работники могут получить в образовательных организациях, не всегда отвечают их профессиональным потребностям. Во многих случаях требуется внешняя оценка ситуации экспертами, глубоко изучившими ту или иную проблему. Требуется организовать качественное научно-методическое обеспечение консультационного сопровождения правового регулирования общественных отношений в системе образования. Этим вопросам был посвящен исследовательский проект Минобрнауки России. В статье приводятся некоторые размышления его участников по итогам выполненной работы.

LEGAL CONSULTING AND CONSULTING IN EDUCATION: GENERAL AND PARTICULAR

Changes in the legal regulation of public relations in the education system complicate the practical application of sectoral legislation. Subjects of education in their activities face a large number of issues requiring qualified ! authorization. Consultations that workers can get in their educational organizations do not always meet their professional needs. In many cases, an external assessment. of the situation is required by experts who have thoroughly studied a particular problem. It is required to organize a high-quality scientific and methodological support for the consulting support of the legal regulation of public relations in the education system.The solution of this task is largely related to the assessment of law enforcement at various levels of legal regulation, with an analysis of the range of problems arising in connection with the application of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of public relations in the education system.The research project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia was devoted to these issues. The article contains some reflections of its participants on the results of the work done.
