The Condor Plan refers to the agreement between the military dictatorships of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, which sponsored by the United States, coordinated the pursuit of nationalist and / or socialist movements. Often Marxist academia argues that the plan responds to the interests of the oligarchy in its advance against the national bourgeoisie. This thesis, although it is partially true, is insufficient to give light to the facts. In this article it is stated that the general understanding is evident in the contradiction between the bourgeoisie and the working class. Based on this, the text begins by raising the problem, continues to explain the response to it, continues to develop the proposal, based on the contextualization of the facts on a global level, and ends with brief reflections.
