Вейвлет-анализ ритмов обращаемости в службу "Скорая помощь" по поводу сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний в г. Ханты-Мансийске

Выявлены значимые многолетние, цирканнуальные и внутригодовые ритмы колебаний количества медицинских обращений по поводу заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы. Обращает на себя внимание сложная структура ритмов возникновения и обострений заболеваний сердца и сосудов, которая формируется, в первую очередь, в зависимости от полугодовых и годовых колебаний климата.

Wavelet analysis of the rhythms of appealability in service "Ambulanse" regarding cardiovascular diseases in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk

The aim of this study was to identify the temporal variations of complaints about cardiovascular system diseases in service «ambulance» Khanty-Mansiysk. There are significant long-term, circannual and annual rhythms are fluctuations in the number of medical applications regarding diseases of the cardiovascular system. Draws attention to the complex structure of rhythms of emergence and exacerbations of diseases of the heart and blood vessels, which is formed primarily depending on mid-year and annual climate fluctuations. A complex polyrhythmic structure of the rhythms of the onset and exacerbation of heart and vascular diseases is formed primarily depending on the "quasi-seasonal" and annual climate variations. The presence of two-, three - and five-year rhythms, possibly due to changes in long-period components of the impact on the human body complex of the heliogeophysical factors, which fluctuations in circumpolar regions is more pronounced than in middle and southern latitudes.
