Анализ зависимости процессов импортозамещения от курса национальной валюты

Основное внимание в статье уделяется взаимосвязи между обменными курсами и импортозамещением. Обсуждается вопрос о том, снижает ли неопределенность курса национальной валюты стимулы к внутреннему производству, а также торговле на международном уровне. Показано, что проводимая в России политика импортозамещения становится все более значимой для развития российской экономики. Проведен анализ проблем и ограничений реализации импортозамещения с учетом динамики курса рубля. Обосновано, что реализация эффективной стратегии развития на основе импортозамещения возможна только в том случае, если учитывать перспективу динамики курса национальной валюты.

Analysis of Dependence of Import Replacement on the Rate of National Currency

The article focuses on the links between exchange rates and import substitution, discusses whether the uncertainty of the national currency rate reduces incentives for domestic production, as well as trade on the international level. It is shown that the policy of import substitution pursued in Russia is becoming increasingly important for the development of the Russian economy. The analysis of problems and restrictions of import substitution realization taking into account the ruble exchange rate dynamics is carried out. It is substantiated that the implementation of an effective development strategy based on import substitution is possible only if the perspective of exchange rate dynamics is taken into account.
