ФРАНЦИЯ И МИГРАЦИОННЫЙ КРИЗИС ЕС

В статье раскрываются содержание миграционного кризиса в ЕС, его количественные и качественные составляющие, проявления и специфика во Франции, позиции Республики в отношении миграционной политики на региональном уровне. Отмечается влияние нерешенных проблем в области миграции прошлых десятилетий, связанных с наплывом переселенцев из бывших французских колоний, на современную миграционную ситуацию в стране. Особое внимание уделяется роли конфликта на Ближнем Востоке как главной причине массового переселения беженцев на территорию ЕС.

FRANCE AND THE EU MIGRATION CRISIS

The article reveals the content of the migration crisis in the EU, its quantitative and qualitative components, manifestations and specifics in France, the position of the Republic in relation to migration policy at the regional level. The author considers the impact of unresolved problems in the field of migration of past decades associated with influx of migrants from former French colonies on the present migration situation in the country. Special attention is paid to the role of the conflict in the Middle East as the main reason of mass migration of the refugees to the territory of the EU.
