Генеральная стратегическая линия решения проблемы утилизации ТБО переход от полигонного захоронения отходов к их промышленной переработке. Одним из наиболее простых и экономически выгодных способов промышленной утилизации ТБО является сжигание в печах цементных заводов в качестве топлива. Данный метод помогает решить сразу две важные задачи: необходимость утилизации ТБО и отказ от использования угля и мазута в качестве топлива, что снижает зависимость цементной промышленности от добычи топливных полезных ископаемых.

PROSPECTS FOR SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AS AN ALTERNATIVE FUEL IN THE CEMENT INDUSTRY

General strategic line of solving the MSW disposal problem is the transition from landfill to industrial processing. One of the simplest and most cost-effective ways of industrial solid waste disposal is incineration in furnaces of cement plants. This method helps to solve two important problems: need for MSW disposal and avoiding the use of coal and oil as fuel, which reduces the dependence of the cement industry on fossil fuels.
