The biogeochemical cycle of nitrogen and its way to soil was studied. It has been showed that ammonium forms of nitrogen are more usual for the top layers of earth; nitrate is usually found in the lower layers. The content of nitrates increases in the soil during the spring when are created the conditions favorable for activity of nitrifying bacteria. For the last 10 years, nitrogen emission of technogenic nature increased which led to change biodiversity of forest biomes.
