How to Manage Knowledge through Corporate Culture

The article describes the interdependence between the inner environment in the company and its economic success based on the mutual desire of the personnel and management to go further to reach new horizons. Authors show that corporate culture is becoming increasingly important in the war for talent and retention at companies of all types around the world. It is proved that respect to knowledge, knowledge appreciation and recognition could exist only in the frames of effective corporate culture which is a strong stimulus for innovation.
