Автоматизация выбора и контроля индивидуальной комбинированной фармакотерапии в медико-фармацевтической информационной системе

Современное развитие персоноцентрированной фармакотерапии предполагает использование комплекса организационно-управленческих мероприятий, обеспечивающих оптимизацию сочетанного воздействия информационно-технологических, фармакоэкономических и документографических методов на результативность лечебного процесса. Показано, что объективизация независимой экспертной оценки выбора и проведения индивидуальной комбинированной фармакотерапии с использованием медико-фармацевтической информационной системы оказывается предпочтительной за счет использования в ее работе экспертной системы поддержки принятия врачебных решений.

Automation of the selection and control of individual combined pharmacotherapy in medical-pharmaceutical information system

Modern development personalentwicklung pharmacotherapy involves the use of complex organizational and managerial activities that ensures the optimization of the combined impact of information and technology, pharmacoeconomic and documentgraphics methods on the effectiveness of the treatment process. Thus the objectification of independent expert assessment of the selection and individual combination of pharmacotherapy with the use of the medical-pharmaceutical information system is preferred, due to the use of the work of an expert system to support medical decision making. In the result of the research proved the formation of a software algorithm, providing information support for making medical decisions when selecting, conducting and control of individual combined pharmacotherapy when working in medical-pharmaceutical information system. Control prescribing is carried out using an information database of official information on the use of registered medicines. Pharmacotherapy, also mediated by official information, but may be supplemented, if necessary, information about the availability of the prescribed medicine.
