ОЦЕНКИ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ ОБУЧЕНИЯ В ТЕЧЕНИЕ ВСЕЙ ЖИЗНИ В ВЫСШЕМ ОБРАЗОВАНИИ

В контексте единой Европы в настоящее время стоит задача совместного решения поставленных проблем и реализации для этих целей как транснациональных, так и национальных и региональных программ. Автор статьи считает, что в рамках разрабатываемой стратегии именно региональные и местные проекты и программы представляют собой особую ценность, поскольку позволяют уточнить механизмы реального воплощения в жизнь этой многомерной концепции и требуемые для этого ресурсы.

ESTIMATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL INDICATORS DURING ALL LIFE IN HIGHER EDUCATION

In the context of a common Europe a task of the joint solving of raised problems and implementation of transnational as well as national and regional programs is set to reach these goals. The author of the article believes that in the framework of the developing strategy the regional and local projects and programs are particularly valuable because they allow clarifying the mechanisms of actual realization of this multi-dimensional concept and the necessary resources therefor.
