РАЗРАБОТКА МОДЕЛЕЙ И МЕХАНИЗМОВ СОЗДАНИЯ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ

В данной статье раскрыты основные вопросы, касающиеся разра- ботки моделей и механизмов создания инновационных технологий. В статье рас- смотрены основные подходы к анализируемому вопросу и сделаны авторские пред- ложения в рамках данной проблемы. По итогам статьи сделан вывод о том, что осу- ществление механизма формирования и реализации инновационных процессов в современных условиях возможно лишь с помощью современных методов и моделей выбора приоритетных отраслей промышленности с учетом инвестирования в инно- вационные процессы.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODELS AND MECHANISMS FOR CREATING OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

This article covers the main issues relating to time-processing models and mechanisms for the creation of innovative technologies. The paper describes the main approaches to the analyzed issue and copyrights are made proposals in the framework of the problem. At the end of article concludes that the implementation of the mechanism of formation and implementation of innovative processes in modern conditions is possible only with the help of modern methods and models for selecting priority industries including investments to innovation.
