The Motif of the Child's Sufferings in Z. Prilepin's Story "White Square"

The article covers the motif of children's sufferings in Zakhar Prilepin's story “White Square”. Inspired by F. M. Dostoevsky with his problem of the price of harmony and “child's tear drop”, Z. Prilepin takes up the theme of the child's misery in the world in the context of contemporaneity, reflecting upon the timeless matters of the entity.
