Эволюция модуля "Основы законодательства РФ" экзамена для мигрантов в России

С 1 января 2015 г. ряд категорий мигрантов в России должны будут сдавать экзамен по русскому языку, истории России и основам законодательства Российской Федерации. В статье отражено развитие правового модуля экзамена, показано изменение его структуры, а также трансформация языка экзаменационных заданий.

Evolution of the exam''s for migrants in Russia module. "The Basics of the Russian Legal System"

Starting from January 1, 2015, certain categories of migrants in Russia will be obliged to pass an exam in the Russian language, history of Russia and the basics of the Russian legal system. The article reflects a development of the legal module of the exam that took place in process of the exam's elaboration and approbation. The examples used illustrate what was left aside in course of discussions and sample testing, what elements, on the other hand, were included. The changes of module’s structure, as well as transformation of the examination tasks’ language is also demonstrated.
