ДИНАМИКА ТЕХНОСФЕРНЫХ КАТАСТРОФ В АЗЕРБАЙДЖАНЕ В СРАВНЕНИИ С РОССИЕЙ

Азербайджан сегодня находится на грани экологической катастрофы, виной тому несанкционированный сброс сточных вод в водоёмы, вырубка лесов, нефтяные розливы в море и выбросы в атмосферу, стихийные свалки и т.д. Одним из показателей данной тенденции, служит случай, когда в июле текущего года одна из крупнейших электроподстанций Баку и всего Закавказья, питающая значительную часть страны вышла из строя по причине аномальной жары, из-за чего нарушилась работа инфраструктуры страны, которую питала электростанция. Медицинские учреждения были обесточены и реанимационное оборудование, работало на резервных генераторах, а в операционных врачам приходилось оказывать неотложную помощь при свете ручных фонарей. Это ЧП значительно осложнило на дорогах Баку, также сбой вызвал остановку метрополитена и несколько станций были вынуждено, закрыты, люди сутками сидели на рельсах, ожидая поездов и восстановления работы путей сообщений. Была приостановлена работа аэропортов, а также очистных сооружений в частности на Куре и Джейранбатане, из-за того, что насосное оборудование было обесточено. Проблему помогли решить поставки электроэнергии из России. 10 месяцами ранее случилась ещё одна природная катастрофа в Апшеронском районе, который находится западнее Баку, из-за аномально проливных дождей произошло подтопление близлежащих территорий. В статье будет рассмотрена динамика техносферных катастроф в Азербайджане на сегодняшний день и эта динамика будет сопоставлена с Россией.

THE DYNAMICS OF TECHNOSPHERIC DISASTERS IN AZERBAIJAN IN COMPARISON WITH RUSSIA

Today Azerbaijan is on the verge of an ecological catastrophe, because of this unauthorized discharge of waste water into reservoirs, deforestation, oil pouring into the sea and emissions into the atmosphere, spontaneous dumps, etc. One of the indicators of this trend is the case when in July this year, one of the largest electrical substations in Baku and the entire Transcaucasus, feeding a significant part of the country out of order due to anomalous heat, which is why the work of the infrastructure of the country, which fed the power station, was disrupted. Medical facilities were de-energized and resuscitative equipment, operated on standby generators, and operational doctors had to provide emergency assistance in the light of hand lamps. This emergency significantly complicated on the roads of Baku, also the malfunction caused the subway stop and several stations were forced, closed, people were sitting on the rails for days, waiting for the trains and the restoration of the traffic routes. The work of airports, as well as of sewage treatment plants in particular in Kura and Jeyranbatan, was suspended, due to the fact that the pumping equipment was de-energized. The problem was helped to solve the supply of electricity from Russia. Ten months earlier, another natural catastrophe occurred in the Absheron district, which is located west of Baku, because of the anomalously torrential rains, there was a flood of nearby territories. The article will consider the dynamics of technospheric disasters in Azerbaijan for today and this dynamics will be compared with Russia.
