Оптимизация контура карьеров с использованием инновационных технологий компьютерной программы "NPV Scheduler и Datamine- Studio 3"

В данной статье приведены новые методы проектирования с использованием компьютерных программ «Datamine и NPV Sheduler». В последнее время в связи со значительным усложнением горно-подготовительных и добычных работ, оптимизацию карьера целесообразно осуществлять с использованием компьютерного программного обеспечения «NPV Scheduler» и «Datamine - Studio 3». Особенно значимо применение этих программных продуктов для анализа этапов отработки месторождения и планирования разработки карьера. Предельные границы карьера можно выбрать посредством анализа в NPV Scheduler. Эта программа позволяет анализировать многочисленные типы руд и варианты содержания металла в рудах. Построение карьера в программе «NPV Scheduler» включает проектирование не только конечного контура карьера, но и оптимальную последовательность развития горных работ в карьере (последовательность отработки карьера) на основе выбранных экономических критериев. Авторами приводятся примеры построения каркаса карьера, построенного на основе программы «NPV Scheduler», а также экономические расчеты полученной прибыли от развития карьера.

Optimization of the contour of careers with the use of innovative technologies in the computer program "NPV Scheduler and Datamine-Studio 3"

This article presents new design methods using computer programs "Datamine and NPV Sheduler". Recently due to the significant complication of mining and mining operations, it is advisable to optimize the quarry using the computer software "NPV Scheduler" and "Datamine -Studio 3". Particularly significant is the use of these software products for the analysis of the development stages of the deposit and the planning of quarry development. Limit boundaries of the quarry can be selected through analysis in the NPV Scheduler. This program allows to analyze numerous types of ores and variants of metal content in ores. The construction of a career in the NPV Scheduler program includes the design of not only the final contour of the quarry, but also the optimal sequence of development of mining operations in the quarry (the sequence of quarrying) on the basis of selected economic criteria. The authors give examples of the construction of the carcass of a quarry built on the basis of the program "NPV Scheduler", as well as economic calculations of the profit received from the development of the quarry.
