Химический состав, применение и диагностические признаки полыни обыкновенной (Artemisia Vulgaris L.)

Приведены данные по химическому составу, фармакологическому действию и использованию полыни обыкновенной (Artemisia vulgaris L.) в медицине. Выявлены на основании собственных исследований лекарственного растительного сырья полыни обыкновенной методом микроскопии диагностические признаки, предназначенные для установления наличия травы полыни обыкновенной в сборах.

Chemical Composition, Application and Diagnostic Features of Common Wormwood (Artemisia Vulgaris L.)

The article presents data on the chemical composition, pharmacological action and the use of common wormwood (Artemisia vulgaris L.) in medicine. Based on these data, the common wormwood is a promising medicinal plant that contains biologically active substances of different groups in its composition and having a wide spectrum of pharmacological action are concluded. This presents the possibility of its use in the production of effective new drugs and biologically active food supplements. Based on original research plants raw material common wormwood method of microscopy revealed diagnostic features that are intended to establish the existence of wormwood herb in herbal blends and that will be included in the regulatory documentation. Microscopic studies were performed by the method of the State Pharmacopoeia. Chopped tarragon ordinary plant raw materials contains fragments of the upper part of the angular leaf epidermis little meandering cells; fragments of the underside of the leaf with dense pubescence, consisting of a T-shaped hairs and multicellular basis of very long lateral apical cell, with large stomata surrounded by 3-5 epidermal cells (anomocytic type) sinuous walls, hairs are very long lateral apical cell; fragments of tubular flowers with precipitating tricolpate pollen grains; fragments of the upper parts of the flower referred to as wrappers, which represent the wall of the anther with connective and extended above-connective.
