Целью исследования явилось изучение нару_ шений электрофизиологических свойств мио_ карда с использованием метода дисперсионного картирования у больных с различными формами ИБС для анализа электрической нестабильности миокарда. По результатам исследования было установлено, что имеются достоверные отличия показателей дисперсионного картирования ЭКГ у больных с различными формами ИБС, а также с контрольной группой. Проведенное тестирова_ ние показало перспективность использования метода ДК в выделении группы сердечно_сосу_ дистой патологии и прогнозирования ФЖ/ЖТ, особенно по показателю G8.
It was perfomed the deepened medical examina_ tion for young swimmers with the purpose to esti_ mate children's health condition and their physical development level, evaluation of morphofunctional heart condition indexes. Investigation program included medical examination by specialists and functional research methods. In 63% of children are revealed the small heart development abnormities, from which the lowest percent have bicuspid valve prolapse and abnormally located chords. During comparative analysis of examination results from children having heart development abnormities and without them the differences were find: young sportsmen having small heart development abnor_ mities had more persent of deviations in others organs and systems (eyes, LOR_organs), they had more often functional ectrocardiogram changes and disorders of repolarization processes after physical stress, also they had differences in echo cardiometric heart indexes.
