65th anniversary of the Great Victory over fascism and the contemporary international law

The article considers the value of the Victory over fascism in the Second World War for the formation and development of the contemporary international law. It analyzes the position of the domestic and foreign science of international law concerning a general assessment of the impact of the Great Victory on the development of the system of international relations and international law, and reveals its role in the formation of main principles of international law, creation of the contemporary system of collective security and in the development of mechanisms of international legal regulation of the spheres of international cooperation
