В статье анализируются современные правовые условия функционирования института ипотеки. Исследуются особенности правового регулирования института ипотеки и направления его совершенствования.

LEGAL PERSPECTIVE OF MORTGAGE INSTITUTE IN RUSSIA

The article is devoted to issues related to the analysis of contemporary legal conditions of the mortgage institution. Possible ways of improving of the legal regulation of Institute of Mortgage are investigated. The author considers the distinctive features of legal regulation of the mortgage institution.
