СЕЗОННЫЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ ЭЛЕМЕНТНОГО СОСТАВА СЛЮНЫ У ЗДОРОВЫХ И БОЛЬНЫХ ХРОНИЧЕСКИМ ГИНГИВИТОМ ЛЮДЕЙ

The results of contents chemicals elements in unstimulated whole saliva in the healthy and patients with chronic gingivitis was given in this article. Are surveyed 22 practically of healthy men aged 18 to 26 years and 63 patients with chronic gingivitis aged 25 to 47 years in the autumn and spring. So, is revealed authentic (in comparison with healthy) significantly increase concentration Ca, Cu, Fe in unstimulated whole saliva and decrease - Na, K, Mg, Cr, Mn, Zn, Se and Si irrespective of the season of year. Is shown, that antyhomotoxic therapy (use ampoules and tablets preparation Traumel C) the authentic significantly increase concentration Zn, Mn, Se, Si in saliva was observed which is more expressed in the spring period of year and decrease Fe and Cu, which is more expressed by autumn (p < 0,05).
