О проблемах реализации приоритетного национального проекта "Развитие АПК" по направлению "Стимулирование развития малых форм хозяйствования в сельском хозяйстве"

В статье раскрываются основные проблемы национального проекта «Развитие АПК». Авторы рассматривают результаты, достигнутые в 2006 году, и пять основных проблем реализации национального проекта. Государственное регулирование и поддержка отечественных производителей в рамках проекта в 2006 году позволила значительно увеличить число сельскохозяйственных потребительских кооперативов, об этом говорят плановые и фактические показатели создания сельскохозяйственных потребительских кооперативов в федеральных округах. Анализируется опыт создания национальной кредитно-финансовой системы АПК и роль в ней ОАО «Россельхозбанк». В статье рассматриваются предполагаемые виды и модели сельскохозяйственных кооперативов, а также планы развития сети сельскохозяйственных потребительских кооперативов.

About the problems of the realization of the prior national project "Development of the agricultural production complex", under the direction "The stimulation of the development of the small forms of the organizations in agriculture"

In the article there are opened the major problems of the national project «Development of the Agricultural Production Complex». The Authors envisage the results that were reached in 2006 FY and five major problems of the development of the national project. State regulation and support of the national producers in the limits of the project in 2006 FY let to increase significantly the amount of the agricultural consumption cooperatives in the Federal districts and the indexes of the activity of the creation of the agricultural consumption cooperatives in the Federal districts. Also there are analyzed the experience of the creation of the national credit and finance system of Agricultural Production Complex and the role in it of the JSC «Rosselhozbank». In the article the types and models of the agricultural cooperatives are considered, and the plans of the development of the network of the agricultural consumption cooperatives.
