Metabolic dysregulation, inflammation and immunomodulation

In the article the experimental analysis and idealized substantiation of the concept of an inflammatory genesis of metabolic disturbance basing a chronic noninfective pathology is given. Is shown, that both in conditions of a local subclinical inflammation, and in conditions of system inflammatory reacting there is a development of the «standard» forms shapes of the unbalance of exchange of lipoproteins, glucose and insulin, appearance modified atherogenous lipoprotcins and glycosilative proteins. The synthesis of the proinflammatory spectrum of cytokines and activation of an oxygen metabolism in macrophages and neutrophils is accompanied by development of a hyperglycemia and insulin resistance, «fixing» systemic hyperactiveness and hypertrophic response of a cardiovascular system.
