Панкреатодуоденальная резекция в хирургической клинике Российского университета дружбы народов

В статье дана характеристика панкреатодуоденальной резекции (ПДР), выполняемой на кафедре хирургии Российского университета дружбы народов с 1963 года при доброкачественных и злокачественных заболеваниях органов билиопанкреатодуоденальной зоны. Показаны особенности техники при выполнении этого оперативного вмешательства, этапы развития взглядов кафедры на схему реконструктивного этапа панкреатодуоденальной резекции. В статье показаны осложнения как панкреатодуоденальной резекции, являющиеся основными причинами летального исхода при данной операции. Показаны пути предупреждения этого осложнения.

Pancreatoduodenectomy in Surgical Clinic the Russian University of Peoples' Friendship

In clause the characteristic pancreatoduodenectomy, carried out on faculty, of the Russian university of friendship of the peoples since 1963 is given at good-quality and malignant diseases of bodies biliopancreatoduodenal region. The features of engineering are shown at performance of this operative intervention, stages of development of sights of faculty on the circuit reconstruction of a stage pancreatoduodenectomy. In clause the complications as pancreatoduodenectomy, being the basic reasons lethal of outcome are shown at the given operation. The ways of the prevention of this complication are shown.
