Феноменология уважения в этике образования

В статье рассмотрена феноменология уважения в этике образования, обозначена этическая доминанта образования. Построение социальных отношений, неотделимо от присутствия взаимного уважения личностей. Взаимное уважение и уважение в целом является широким понятием, которое можно отметить в трудах многих ученых-моралистов или философов. Этика не может существовать без такого важнейшего понятия, как уважение. Данное понятие можно рассматривать с различных сторон и векторов, но прежде всего, уважение предопределяет наличие справедливости, проявление интереса к чувствам, эмоциям и позиции другого человека, осуществление принципа равенства прав всех людей вне зависимости от статуса. Уважение обеспечивает эффективное становление индивидуальности, располагает личность к освоению новых профессиональных, творческих, интеллектуальных и культурных способностей. Уважение в этике образования имеет ключевое значение. Уважение - это признание ценности, достоинства и качеств педагога учащимися и наоборот. Если человека уважают, значит, признают его права и потребности, а также считаются с его убеждениями.

The article examines the phenomenology of respect in the ethics of education, identifies the ethical dominant of education. Building social relationships is inseparable from the presence of mutual respect for individuals. Mutual respect and respect in general is a broad concept that can be noted in the writings of many moral scientists or philosophers. Ethics cannot exist without such an important concept as respect. This concept can be viewed from various sides and vectors, but above all, respect determines the existence of justice, the manifestation of interest in the feelings, emotions and position of another person, the implementation of the principle of equal rights of all people regardless of status. Respect ensures the effective formation of individuality, disposes a person to develop new professional, creative, intellectual and cultural abilities. Respect in the ethics of education is of key importance. Respect is the recognition of the value, dignity and qualities of a teacher by students and vice versa. If a person is respected, it means that his rights and needs are recognized, as well as his beliefs are taken into account. A teacher who knows how to create conditions for the development of the principle of respect for education, school, peers, and himself is a professional in his field. Only a qualified specialist with a large stock of practical experience is able to qualitatively influence the students. The phenomenology of respect allows the student to develop the ability to form value judgments about various objects or actions with which he must interact and through which he must make a choice.
