Принципы формирования устойчивой архитектуры жилого дома

В работе рассматриваются актуальные вопросы формирования параметров комфорта и безопасности архитектурного пространства современных жилых образований.Целью исследования является разработка и обоснование принципов устойчивой архитектуры, как способ практического отображения запросов к качеству состояния жилых образований.К числу задач исследований относятся: анализ состояния архитектурной деятельности в контексте устойчивого развития современной цивилизации; выявление роли и значения архитектуры для организации жилого пространства; разработка принципов архитектурного проектирования в отношении соответствия глобальному процессу устойчивого развития; оценка принципов формирования устойчивой архитектуры на возможность и условия обеспечения процессов жизнедеятельности.Методика исследований предусматривает системный подход и синтез традиционных и инновационных принципов формирования предметного содержания архитектурного пространства.Основным результатом исследования является разработка принципов (точнее, групп принципов), ориентированных на формирование архитектурного пространства современных и перспективных образований жилого назначения.К основным выводам статьи относится сформулированный по результатам исследований тезис о необходимости интеграции принципов устойчивой архитектуры в формат единой и целостной методики архитектурного проектирования жилых объектов.

The work deals with current issues at the formation parameters the comfort and safety in the architectural space modern residential formations.The main purpose for the study is to develop and substantiate the principles at the sustainable architecture as a way the practically displaying requests for the quality of the state in residential formations.The tasks research include: analysis the state in architectural activity in the context at the sustainable development modern civilization; identify the role and significance at the architecture for the organization the living space; development for architectural design principles in relation to compliance with the global sustainable development process; assessment for the principles in formation a stable architecture for the possibility and conditions for ensuring vital processes.The research methodology provides for a systematic approach and synthesis at the traditional and innovative principles in formation at the subject content for the architectural space. The main result of the study is the development the principles (more precisely, groups of principles) focused on the formation the architectural space at the modern and promising residential formations.The main conclusions in the article include the thesis formulated based on the results for research on the need to integrate the principles sustainable architecture into the format at the a unified and holistic methodology for architectural design in residential buildings.
