IMPACT OF MILK PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES ON THE ENVIRONMENT
The article analyzes all articles of the technological scheme of milk pasteurization. Using the example of the Wimm-Bill-Dann plant, a technological scheme for milk pasteurization was developed. Any dairy production is a source of emissions, discharges and industrial waste.
