Цифровизация в РФ и достижение глобальных целей устойчивого развития

Достижение целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР) актуально для всех стран. Особенно важны достижения ЦУР в условиях цифровизации. Российская Федерация сегодня стремится к реализации ряда ЦУР на национальном уровне для решения ряда национальных проблем и достижения инклюзивного роста на стабильной основе. В статье на основе применения математических методов представлены авторские расчеты уровня цифровизации в Российской Федерации в различных регионах и субъектах Федерации. Авторы обосновывают, что даже в период жесточайших санкций и ограничений, выливающихся порой в отрицание права России не только на свободную торгово-экономическую деятельность, но и на развитие и само существование наша страна не может отказываться от реализации ЦУР и использования цифровизации для их достижения. По мнению авторов, во многом ЦУР прямо перекликаются с нашими внутренними потребностями. России ни в коем случае нельзя отказываться от того, что соответствует ее внутренним интересам. Необходимо наоборот, сосредоточится на тех аспектах, где работа ведется. В основном это касается экологии и корпоративной ответственности. Множество компаний в РФ отчитываются по ESG, имеют хорошие показатели и высокие международные ESG-рейтинги.

Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is relevant for all countries. The achievements of the SDGs in the context of digitalization are especially important. The Russian Federation is currently striving to implement a number of SDGs at the national level in order to solve a number of national problems and achieve inclusive growth on a stable basis. Based on the application of mathematical methods, the article presents the author's calculations of the level of digitalization in the Russian Federation in various regions and subjects of the Federation. The authors argue that even during the period of the most severe sanctions and restrictions, which sometimes result in the denial of Russia's right not only to free trade and economic activity, but also to development and existence itself, our country cannot abandon the implementation of the SDGs and the use of digitalization to achieve them. According to the authors, in many ways the SDGs directly echo our internal needs. In no case should Russia give up what corresponds to its internal interests. On the contrary, it is necessary to focus on those aspects where the work is being carried out. This mainly concerns the environment and corporate responsibility. Many companies in the Russian Federation report on ESG, have good indicators and high international ESG ratings.
