Трансформация зарубежного влияния на Североафриканский регион после начала СВО

Северная Африка за счет своего географического положения имеет уникальное геополитическое значение, т.к. зачастую является связующим звеном между Европой, Ближним Востоком и Африканским континентом. Колониальный период ХХ века и потрясения Арабской Весны наряду с внутренними противоречиями долгое время не давали этим странам реализоваться как самостоятельным игрокам на международной арене. Сейчас мы наблюдаем уникальную перестановку политических сил и акторов, что находит свое отражение в политике североафриканских держав. Экономическое противостояние США и Китая и глобальное противостояние России и стран блока НАТО неизбежно скажутся и уже сказываются не только на исследуемых территориях, но и на всей глобальной карте мира в целом. Следует отметить очевидную связь между проводимой Россией СВО и той политикой, которую страна стремится реализовывать в Северной Африке. Она прослеживается в нескольких вопросах. Первый из них - гуманитарно-экономический, выражен в стремлении африканских стран обезопасить себя в вопросах поставки зерна. Второй вопрос связан с потребностью таких стран, как Египет и Алжир индустриализироваться и вооружиться, чему конфликт на Украине даже способствует. Третий вопрос связан с региональной стабилизацией и борьбой стран Северной Африки с проявлениями неоколониализма. В данной связи Россия выступает нейтральной, но в то же время мощной силой, которая способна повлиять на многие вопросы и конфликты.

North Africa, due to its geographical location, has a unique geopolitical significance, because it often serves as a link between Europe, the Middle East and the African continent. The colonial period of the twentieth century and the upheavals of the Arab Spring, along with internal contradictions, for a long time prevented these countries from realizing themselves as independent players in the international arena. We now witness a unique reshuffling of political forces and actors, which is reflected in the policies of the North African powers. The economic confrontation between the USA and China and the global confrontation between Russia and NATO will inevitably affect and are already affecting not only the territories under study, but also the entire global map of the world as a whole. It should be noted that there is an obvious connection between Russia’s North Africa and the policies that the country seeks to implement in North Africa. It can be seen in several issues. The first of them is humanitarian and economic, expressed in the desire of African countries to protect themselves in matters of grain supply. The second issue relates to the need for countries such as Egypt and Algeria to industrialize and arm themselves, which the conflict in Ukraine even contributes to. The third issue is related to regional stabilization and the struggle of North African countries against manifestations of neo-colonialism. In this regard, Russia acts as a neutral, but at the same time powerful force that can influence many issues and conflicts.
