ПЕРЕХОД К МНОГОПОЛЯРНОМУ МИРУ И КОНКУРЕНЦИЯ ЗА МИРОВОЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ ЛИДЕРСТВО: ПОЛИТИКО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ВОПРОСЫ

Статья посвящена анализу глобальных трендов развития мировой экономики в условиях накладывающихся друг на друга не только среднесрочных волн экономических циклов, но и вековых трендов кризисного развития стран, причинам и особенностям становления многополярного мира к 2040-2050 гг. текущего столетия, а также динамике места России в условиях мощных западных санкций. В настоящее время остается актуальным вопрос - а что происходит с экономической, социальной динамикой при совпадении волн циклического развития разной длины? Каковы последствия и разрешение противоречий, накопленных в условиях резонансного наложения циклических волн различной интенсивности? В рамках нашего исследования мы пытаемся ответить на некоторые поставленные вопросы на основе выдвигаемой гипотезы о завершении процесса смены мирового экономического лидера на понижательной волне векового тренда к 2040-2050 гг. в условиях цифровой мировой технологической революции. Нами исследуются возможности России в укреплении технологического суверенитета по разным направлениям в условиях санкций.

The article analyses the global trends of the development of the world economy in the context of not only overlapping medium-term waves of economic cycles, but also centuries-old trends of crisis development of countries, the causes and particularities of the formation of a multipolar world by 2040-50s of the current century, as well as the dynamics of Russia's position while under severe Western sanctions. Presently, the following question remains relevant - what happens to economic and social dynamics when waves of cyclical development of different lengths coincide? What are the consequences and the resolution of the contradictions accumulated under the conditions of the resonant superposition of cyclic waves of different intensity? In the framework of our research, we endeavor to answer some of these questions on the basis of the proposed hypothesis of the completion of the process of change of the world economic leader on the downward wave of the century-long trend by 2040-50 in the context of the digital global technological revolution. We explore Russia's opportunities to strengthen its technological sovereignty in various areas under the conditions of sanctions.
