Экономические аспекты развития нефтегазового комплекса России

В данной научной статье проведен анализ состояния и определены аспекты развития нефтегазового комплекса Российской Федерации в современный условиях. После начала специальной военной операции (далее СВО) на Украине данный сектор экономики столкнулся с кризисными явлениями - всесторонним санкционным давлением, беспрецедентным ростом цен, перенаправлением поставок сырья и снижением его потребления. Нефтегазовый комплекс России играет одну из самых важных ролей в экономике страны. Его многообразие и масштабность служат основой для национальной безопасности государства и конкурентного преимущества страны на долгосрочную перспективу. Многие годы Россия остаётся одним из лидеров мировой энергетики по объёмам ресурсов, запасам и добыче нефти и газа, а также по производству продуктов их переработки. В работе проанализированы результаты рынка до начала СВО и после. Автором рассмотрены направления и определены меры экономической политики по дальнейшему развитию российской нефтегазовой отрасли c учетом ее потенциала и имеющихся ресурсов.\ В завершении автор делает вывод, на какие аспекты необходимо делать упор для поддержания высокого технологического уровня России.

This scientific article analyzes the state and identifies aspects of the development of the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation in present-day conditions. After the start of the special military operation (hereinafter referred to as the SVO) in Ukraine, this sector of the economy faced such crisis phenomena as comprehensive sanctions pressure, unprecedented price increases, redirection of raw materials supplies and a decrease in their consumption. The Russian oil and gas complex plays one of the most important roles in the country's economy. Its diversity and scale serve as the basis for the national security of the state and the competitive advantage of the country in the long term. For many years, Russia has remained one of the world's energy leaders in terms of resources, reserves and production of oil and gas, as well as in the production of their refinery products. The paper analyzes the results of the market before and after the start of the SVO. The author considers the directions and defines the measures of economic policy for the further development of the Russian oil and gas industry, taking into account its potential and available resources. To finalize, the author concludes on what aspects it is necessary to focus on in order to maintain a high technological level of Russia.
