СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ОБЩЕОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЕЙ ПРИ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ КОНЦЕПЦИИ "ШКОЛА ПОЛНОГО ДНЯ"

В статье рассматриваются вопросы и задачи управления общеобразовательной организацией в рамках реализации проектов в сфере образования. Определяются методологические подходы к управлению общеобразовательной организацией при переходе образовательных организаций на режим работы «Школа полного дня», определяются главные цели реализации проекта и основные условия, необходимые для достижения успеха проекта. Исследуются вопросы обеспечения деятельности образовательной организации, участвующей в проекте «Школа полного дня», финансовыми и экономическими ресурсами. Определяются основные источники привлечения финансовых ресурсов для реализации проекта. Рассматриваются пути повышения эффективности использования финансово-экономических ресурсов. Научная новизна исследования состоит в оценке проблем эффективного использования финансово-экономических ресурсов общеобразовательной организации и определении методов повышения эффективности управления проектами в сфере образования.

The article discusses the issues and tasks of managing a general education organization within the framework of implementing projects in the field of education. Methodological approaches to the management of a general education organization during the transition of educational organizations to the «full-time school» mode of operation are determined, the main objectives of the project implementation and the main conditions necessary to achieve the success of the project are determined. The issues of providing the activities of an educational organization participating in the project «full-time school» with financial and economic resources are investigated. The main sources of attracting financial resources for the implementation of the project are determined. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the use of financial and economic resources are considered. The scientific novelty of the study consists in assessing the problems of effective use of financial and economic resources of a general education organization and determining methods for improving the effectiveness of project management in the field of education.
