ЦИФРОВОЙ БАНКИНГ В РОССИИ: ОСОБЕННОСТИ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ

В статье рассматриваются причины цифровой трансформации банковского сектора и формулируются перспективные направления развития цифрового банкинга. В ходе исследования выявлено, что приоритетными направлениями развития цифровых услуг являются технология блокчейн, национальные системы платежей, биометрические системы, системы быстрых платежей. В 2020 г. Россия входила в топ-10 стран - лидеров по цифровизации банковской сферы, а в 2022 г. страной-лидером по наибольшему количеству онлайн-банкинга стала Индия. По результатам рейтинга банков РФ по уровню проникновения и использования цифровых технологий банк ВТБ стал лидером в 2022 г. Прослеживается тенденция роста уровня проникновения цифрового - банкинга.

The article examines the reasons for the digital transformation of the banking sector and formulates promising directions for the development of digital banking. The study revealed that the priority areas for the development of digital services are blockchain technology, national payment systems, biometric systems, and fast payment systems. In 2020, Russia was among the top 10 leading countries in the digitalization of the banking sector, and in 2022, India became the leading country in the largest number of online banking. According to the results of the rating of Russian banks by the level of penetration and use of digital technologies, VTB Bank became the leader in 2022. There is a tendency to increase the level of penetration of digital banking.
