Экономика Алжира и роль углеводородных ресурсов

В статье исследуется экономическая динамика в Алжирской Народной Демократической Республике (АНДР) в 2000-2021 гг. и роль нефти в ее стабилизации/дестабилизации под влиянием внутренних и внешних факторов. Цель статьи - обосновать необходимость дальнейших шагов страны в направлении реструктуризации экономики на основе адаптации опыта других нефтедобывающих стран арабского мира в том числе - в направлении развития альтернативных источников энергии. Институциональные методы, исторический, статистический и сравнительный анализ дали возможность обосновать выводы о том, что сегодня ситуация с позициями и значением нефтяной отрасли в экономике Алжира не претерпела фундаментальных изменений. Это обстоятельство, по мнению автора, может в перспективе довольно угрожающим образом сказаться на динамике национальной экономики и уровне жизни граждан страны. Для решения существующей столь длительное время проблемы Алжиру важно не только адаптировать опыт других стран, но активизировать непосредственное сотрудничество как в углеводородной, так и в других сферах экономики, в том числе - в обрабатывающей промышленности, так как именно она, наряду с сельским хозяйством, может обеспечить положительную экономическую динамику в стране.

The article examines the economic dynamics in the Algerian People's Democratic Republic (ANDR) in 2000-2021 and the role of oil in its stabilization/destabilization under the influence of internal and external factors. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for further steps of the country in the direction of economic restructuring based on the adaptation of the experience of other oil-producing countries of the Arab world, including in the direction of the development of alternative energy sources. Institutional methods, historical, statistical and comparative analysis made it possible to substantiate the conclusions that today the situation with the positions and importance of the oil industry in the Algerian economy has not undergone fundamental changes. This circumstance, according to the author, may in the future have a rather threatening effect on the dynamics of the national economy and the standard of living of citizens of the country. In order to solve the problem that has existed for such a long time, it is important for Algeria not only to adapt the experience of other countries, but also to intensify direct cooperation in both the hydrocarbon and other sectors of the economy, including the manufacturing industry, since it, along with agriculture, can ensure positive economic dynamics in the country.
