Китайско-российские отношения и перспективы взаимодействия в условиях обострения международных отношений с 2019

Цель настоящего исследования: проанализировать китайско-российские отношения и перспективы взаимодействия в условиях обострения международных отношений с 2019 года. Материальную основу исследования составили работы следующих авторов: Л. Цзя, С.К. Песцов, А.С. Исаев, И.А. Глазунова и другие. В результате сделаны следующие выводы. Об укреплении взаимоотношений в сфере экономики свидетельствуют следующие факты. В период 2019-2022 годов экспорт из России в Китай вырос на 22,12 млрд. долларов США, а импорт - на 60, 15. По причине того, что средства массовой информации представляют собой синергетический фактор, обеспечивающий сферы взаимоотношений двух стран средствами информационного характера, они представляют особый интерес в рамках настоящего исследования. Несмотря на то, что на «официальном» уровне СМИ демонстрируют солидарность между руководствами двух стран, в действительности не все так однозначно. Во-первых, независимая пресса выражает мнение, отличное от государственного, что негативно сказывается на взаимоотношениях стран. Во-вторых, СМИ двух стран не имеют однозначного мнения по вопросам, не находящимся в сфере совместного интереса руководств двух государств. Полагаем, что отношения КНДР и РФ в дальнейшем будут укрепляться, что подтверждается растущей динамикой товарооборота.

The relations between the Russian Federation and the People's Democratic Republic of China demonstrate a strong basis for cooperation that is beneficial to both sides. Over the past fifty years, the countries have cooperated in the following areas: trade, investment, transport and tourism. It must be said that the foreign policy instruments of the Russian Federation and China are manifold, among which the following should be noted. First of all, we are talking about classical diplomacy, which allows maintaining relations between the two countries. Secondly, we are talking about the latest tools that correspond to "revolutionary states". An example is semi-formal "people-to-people diplomacy", which is a set of expressions of solidarity towards one's political partner, such as joint activities in science and culture, as well as cooperation in the media field. The findings of the study are as follows. Economic relations between the Russian Federation and China have been and will continue to be strengthened, as evidenced by statistical data: Exports and imports have increased significantly over the 4 years. At the same time, there are a number of problems in the media sphere. First, the 'independent' media express a different point of view from the 'official' media, which can lead to international conflicts. Secondly, the views of the media in the two countries do not correlate on issues where the leaderships of the two countries cannot agree.
