The cempasuchil flower, the iconic flower of the Day of the Dead in Mexico due to its color and aroma. It is a symbol of ancestral traditions and is currently considered a bicultural heritage of Mexico. In addition to this use, the cempasuchil flower has medicinal properties that have been known since pre-Hispanic times and is currently also used in veterinary chicken feeding and has endless other uses, so its study is complete from the cultural and scientific areas.
