Языковой портфель контингента сферы общественного питания: подходы и специфика профессионально ориентированного обучения РКИ

Цель исследования - обосновать потребность в разработке специализированного ЯП в соответствии с классификацией контингента СОП, которая оптимизирует его профессионально-коммуникативную подготовку в меняющихся условиях медиатизации и ситуационного речевого взаимодействия на русском языке как иностранном. Научная новизна статьи определяется тем, что автор впервые систематизирует контингент СОП с точки зрения формирования лингвометодической модели (ЛММ) на основе обобщения подходов к разработке лингводидактических материалов для обучения русскому языку как иностранному. В статье выявлена специфика формирования языкового портфеля (ЯП) специалистов и работников сферы общественного питания (СОП) в ситуации их профессионально ориентированного обучения русскому языку. В результате автор приходит к выводу о том, что дискурсивная специфика ЛММ обучения контингента СОП связана с многокомпонентностью профессионально ориентированного дискурса и жанровым разнообразием коммуникативно-речевых ситуаций.

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need to develop a specialized YAP in accordance with the classification of the SOP contingent, which optimizes its professional and communicative training in the changing conditions of mediatization and situational speech interaction in Russian as a foreign language. The scientific novelty of the article is determined by the fact that the author for the first time systematizes the contingent of SOP from the point of view of the formation of a linguometodic model (LMM) based on the generalization of approaches to the development of linguodidactic materials for teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article reveals the specifics of the formation of the language portfolio (YAP) of specialists and employees of the catering sector (SOP) in the situation of their professionally oriented teaching of the Russian language. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that the discursive specificity of the LMM training of the SOP contingent is associated with the multicomponence of professionally oriented discourse and the genre diversity of communicative and speech situations.
