Китайско-российский медиафорум как платформа для развития дипломатических отношений

Представлено обоснование значимости Китайско-российского медиафорума для развития дипломатических отношений РФ и КНР. Показаны особенности и роль межстранового взаимодействия в медиасфере в развитии позитивных дипломатических отношений. Обозначены тенденции проведения Китайско-российского медиафорума, выделены наиболее важные и приоритетные направления двустороннего сотрудничества. Показано, что целью проведения Китайско-российского медиафорума является обеспечение взаимодействия СМИ обеих стран, которые должны углублять сотрудничество и доверие, способствовать обмену и взаимному обучению, постоянно расширять достижения партнерства и способствовать развитию китайско-российских отношений. Подчеркнуто, что в рамках этого партнерства стороны достигают весомых результатов, развивают межличностные и культурные обмены, ставшие важной частью всеобъемлющего стратегического партнерства и координации между Китаем и Россией; обмены и сотрудничество между людьми не только укрепили социальную и общественную основу китайско-российского стратегического партнерства, но и принесли ощутимую пользу развитию двусторонних отношений.

The article is about the substantiation of the significance of the Sino-Russian media forum for the progress of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The features and role of intercountry interaction in the media for effective diplomatic relations are announced in this article; the tendencies of holding the Chinese-Russian media forum are systematized, the most important and priority areas of bilateral cooperation are highlighted. It has been proven that the basis for holding the Sino-Russian Media Forum is to ensure interaction between the media of both countries, which should deepen cooperation and mutual trust, promote exchange and mutual learning, constantly expand the achievements of practical cooperation and promote the development of Sino-Russian relations. Through this partnership, fruitful results are being achieved between the two sides: interpersonal and cultural exchanges, which have become an important part of the comprehensive strategic partnership and coordination between China and Russia. People-to-people exchanges and cooperation have not only strengthened the social and social foundation of the Sino-Russian comprehensive strategic partnership, but also brought comprehensive benefits to the development of bilateral relations.
