International integration has now become an irreversible tendency in most nations as a result of globalization and the effect of the fourth technology revolution. International collaboration in all aspects between countries is an unavoidable and objective fact in today's world, and it is a key driving force for any country's economic growth. Today's rise and development of worldwide commerce has helped the growth of international commercial transactions. Contracts involving foreign elements are among the most prevalent types of relationships governed by Vietnamese international law. Contracts including foreign elements unlike conventional contracts, can be regulated by two or more separate legal systems. The author examines aspects of foreign elements connected to contracts according to Vietnamese law, the provisions of Vietnamese law on establishing the law applicable to contracts with foreign elements in this article.
